Full Body Massage

Wether you're in need of deep relaxation or have specific kinks and knots to work out, your therapist will customize this massage to your needs. Pressure varies from mild to deep, depending on the techniques used. They may incluye long, flowing Swedish massage strokes, trigger point release, deep tissue massage or reflexology.
Energy Massage

A vital and invigorating massage where recovery and new strength will be reached.
Therapeutic Massage

This is a medium to firm pressure, full-body massage, excellent for relieving tension, releasing tightness and reducing muscle pain.
Deep Tissue Massage

A relaxing, full-body massage using long sweeping strokes and light pressure kneading to improve muscle tone and stimulate circulation.
